3. We make no guarantees of the amount of money that can be made from your ForcedListProfits membership as this is solely based on the number of PRO memberships you, your upline and downline team brings in.

4. Referral and Matrix commissions are paid by StormPay on a bi-weekly basis when the balance of your account exceeds $15USD. Commissions earned are paid 7 days after each commission run. For example, for the period of 1st - 14th, will be paid out on the 21st. Commissions are withdrawn using the same processor as your deposits. Refunds or Commissions will not be given if your account is terminated or downgraded by either party.

5. Members are not allowed to send email ads to members that are offensive and illegal in nature. Adult email ads or any email that is considered offensive to the general public are NOT allowed. This will result in an immediate cancellation of your membership.

6. As a member you agree to receive weekly emails from your MailMatrix upline. This is part of the ForcedListProfits.com membership. DO NOT join if you disagree.

7. Enter only a valid, clean e-mail in your application. E-mail returned undelivered will terminate your membership.

8. If you break any of these rules & conditions, we reserve the right to terminate your membership and you will forfeit any refund of membership fees or commission earned.
